We aim to ship all orders within 3 – 10 business days. Delivery time frames vary due to the custom nature of the order as well as volume. If your order is expected to exceed this time frame, you will be informed however it is highly unlikely. Once your product/s are ready we’ll be in touch via email to confirm a delivery date and time frame.
Due to the nature of the product, deliveries must be received, inspected and signed for by the customer. Orders will not be delivered without a signature and will not be left unattended. If you are unable to meet the delivery driver on the day and time specified please contact us at [email protected] and we will arrange a different delivery time. Please note, rescheduling delivery may not occur on or around the original delivery date however we will try our best to accommodate a time that is convenient.
Quality Control
Once processed, our delivery team will perform a quality check ensuring your product has no faults or defects before shipping. If a fault or defect is recorded, the glass will be reprocessed and you will receive a notification of delay from our customer service team – we aim to deliver a perfect product every time.
All orders are checked and photographed before leaving the warehouse and again upon arrival to your delivery destination.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We accept applications for replacement or refunds up to 2 days after delivery and address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Shipping Rates
We offer a $90 flat rate shipping to the Greater Sydney area. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
